Lead generation prompts that return good lists
Copy-ready prompts, grouped by what you sell. Each one is a single sentence you can paste into the LeadMind console, or ask Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini to run through the LeadMind connector. Every page says which parts of the prompt become checked filters, so you can adapt it to your own market.

Prompts by use case
- Prompts for agenciesFind local businesses with no website, an outdated site, no Meta pixel, no analytics or no contact form, checked on each site.
- Clinics, salons and gymsFind appointment businesses by how they take bookings: online booking or not, WhatsApp, live chat, one site or many.
- E-commerce storesFind retailers by the platform their storefront runs on, or by whether they sell online yet, read from each store’s own site.
- Companies that are hiringFind companies with open roles, checked on each company’s own careers page, for recruiters, staffing and HR vendors.
- Real estate promptsFind agents, agencies, brokerages and developers: US realtors from the Zillow agent directory, Gulf agencies by WhatsApp or Telegram.
The anatomy of a prompt that works
- A number: “30”. It sets the size of the job and the most it can cost.
- A category: “dental clinics”, not “healthcare”. Specific categories match listings exactly.
- A precise location: “Dubai Marina”, not “the Middle East”. A vague location triggers a clarifying question before anything is spent.
- Signals: “with WhatsApp”, “no online booking”, “uses Shopify”, “hiring”. Known signals become filters checked on each website; anything else still guides the score.
What it costs. 1 credit = 1 delivered lead: credits are held up front and only charged for leads that arrive. A lead that fails a filter is dropped before delivery, so it is never charged. The number in the prompt is the most a job can deliver, and so the most it can spend. See pricing.
Every signal you can filter on
These phrases, in English or in the Arabic equivalents the parser knows, are checked on each lead’s own website:
| Group | Phrases |
|---|---|
| Contact channels | with WhatsApp / no WhatsApp, with Telegram / no Telegram, with live chat / no live chat, with contact form / no contact form |
| Booking and selling | online booking / no online booking, online store / no online store |
| Marketing stack | Meta pixel / no Meta pixel (also “not running ads”), Google Analytics / no Google Analytics |
| Website | with a website / without a website, outdated website / modern website, uses Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Framer, Odoo, Duda, GoDaddy, HubSpot, Joomla or Drupal |
| Company | hiring / not hiring, multiple locations / single location |
| Contact data | with email, with verified email (paid plans), with phone numbers |
Prompts for your AI assistant
Once LeadMind is connected over MCP, you can chain the job with the assistant’s own work:
- “Find 30 interior design firms in Al Quoz with WhatsApp, then show the top 10 by score in a table.”
- “Get 40 gyms in Dubai Marina with email, verify the emails, and list only the deliverable ones.”
- “Run 25 physiotherapy clinics in Toronto without online booking and write a one-line opener for each, based on its score reason.”
The assistant drafts; LeadMind never sends messages. See MCP prospecting for full workflows.
Frequently asked questions
- What makes a good lead generation prompt?
- A number, a business category, a precise location, and the signals that matter to you, written as one sentence: “30 dental clinics in Dubai Marina with WhatsApp and no online booking”. Each part narrows the search or becomes a filter that is checked on the lead’s website.
- Can I use these prompts in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?
- Yes. Connect LeadMind over MCP and paste the prompt into the chat; the assistant starts the job and reads the leads back. You can also add instructions for the assistant, such as sorting by score or drafting a first line for each lead.
- Which prompts do not work well?
- Requests that no public source can answer: buying intent (“companies looking for a CRM”), private individuals, or senior people at large enterprises by name. Business-level prompts with a location work everywhere; person-level searches depend on sources that are not enabled on every account.
- What happens to words that are not a known signal?
- They are not ignored: they guide the 0-100 score and the reason shown next to it. They just do not remove leads. Only the signals listed on this page are checked on each website and used to drop leads.
