Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free to run a few jobs with your 25 signup credits. Starter suits one person running lists every week, Growth suits agencies and teams working for several clients, and Scale is for high volume or products built on LeadMind.
What does the score mean?
Each row gets a 0–100 fit score against your prompt, judged by a language model from the business name, category, website and location, with a one-line reason. It measures how well the lead matches what you asked for. It is not a deliverability or intent score.
How fresh is the data?
Each list is built live when you submit the request. We do not resell a stored database, so rows are as current as the public sources at that moment. Leads you already received in the last 30 days are left out, and contact details are stored encrypted.
What is a credit?
One credit is one delivered lead. Credits are held when a job starts and charged only for leads that arrive; the rest of the hold is released. Duplicates and leads that miss your filters are never charged.
Is there a subscription?
Yes. A plan gives you a monthly lead allowance and higher API limits. Packs still work on any plan, including Free. There are no seats, minimums or contracts, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal.
Do included leads roll over?
No. Included leads reset at the start of every billing period and unused ones expire. Pack credits never expire, so buy a pack for anything you do not want to lose.
What happens when I run out?
Included leads are used first, then pack credits. With neither left, new jobs are refused (the API returns 402 INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS) until you top up or the period resets.
What happens if a job fails?
Held credits are released automatically. You never pay for a failed or cancelled job. Full details in the refund policy.
Is there a sandbox?
Yes. Create a test key (lp_test_…) in Settings. It runs the whole job flow against fixture data without spending credits or calling any provider, so you can build your integration before you pay.
Where does the data come from?
Public business data: Google Maps listings, business directories and company websites, with LinkedIn public pages used only to fill gaps. We clean it, remove duplicates and score it. We do not sell personal data lists.
Do you verify emails?
Yes, on paid plans. Every lead email is checked for syntax, a working mail server, disposable and catch-all domains, and whether the mailbox exists, without sending anything. Add "with verified email" to a prompt to keep only confirmed addresses. Starter, Growth and Scale also include 1,000, 5,000, 20,000 checks per period for your own lists: up to 25 at a time, or bulk lists of up to 5,000 per job with a CSV of the results, through the API or from Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini over MCP. Can my AI assistant spend credits?
Yes, through an API key with a daily credit cap you set. A job the assistant starts is capped at your balance (or the budget you name) and at the key's daily cap, so it can never spend more than you allowed.
