What happens in a LeadMind job

The replay above shows the six stages every real job runs. You type one sentence, such as “50 gyms in Dubai Marina with phone numbers”, and get a scored lead list back in a few minutes. One credit is one delivered lead.

  1. 1. Parse

    LeadMind reads your sentence: the type of business, where, how many, and any filters such as "no online booking" or "uses Shopify". If something is unclear, it asks you one question.

  2. 2. Route

    It picks the public sources that cover that business type and area best (maps listings, business directories, company websites) and holds the credits the job needs.

  3. 3. Scrape

    Each source is searched live, so the list reflects what businesses publish today, not a database exported months ago.

  4. 4. Normalize

    Names, phone numbers, addresses and websites are cleaned up, and a business found on two sources becomes one row. Leads you got in the last 30 days are left out.

  5. 5. Enrich

    Each lead’s website is crawled to check for the signals you asked for and to find public contact details. Leads that fail a filter are dropped and never charged.

  6. 6. Deliver

    Every lead gets a 0–100 fit score with a one-line reason. The list is ready as a table, a CSV, or in your AI assistant, API or webhook.
