Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026. These terms govern your use of LeadMind (“the Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

LeadMind turns natural-language prompts into lists of business contacts assembled from publicly available sources. We provide the Service “as is”; results depend on third-party data and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.

2. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and any API keys you create, including actions taken by AI assistants you connect. Keep keys secret and set daily credit caps appropriate to your usage.

3. Credits, subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Each billing period grants the included leads of your plan; included leads reset at the start of every period and unused ones expire at period end. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Credits are non-transferable. One credit is charged per delivered lead, included leads first, then pack credits. Held credits for failed or cancelled jobs are released. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use and your role as data controller

From the moment you export, download or read a list, you are an independent data controller for any personal data it contains. You are responsible for establishing your own lawful basis for contacting the people in it, for giving any notices they are owed, for honouring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests, and for complying with the GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the CCPA/CPRA and applicable anti-spam law in every market you contact. LeadMind is not your processor for outreach and does not act on your behalf once the list is delivered.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, UAE TDRA regulations) when contacting leads.
  • Do not use the Service to collect data on private individuals outside a business context, to harass, or to resell raw lists.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit caps or source restrictions.

5. Data

You own the lists you generate. We retain raw scrape material for a limited period for quality and dedupe purposes as described in the Privacy Policy. You may delete all your data from Settings at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We may change sources, pricing of future packs, or features with notice on the changelog. Changes to plan pricing take effect for existing subscribers no sooner than 30 days after we notify you by email. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMind’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
