Tighten or loosen

  • Bigger employers: add “multiple locations” (or “with branches”), which usually means ongoing recruitment.
  • Arabic prompts work too: يوظف (hiring) maps to the same filter.
  • Too few results? Widen the area or the category (“hospitality” instead of “boutique hotels”); many small businesses never post jobs on their own site.

From each company’s own website: a careers page, job links or vacancy listings. It is a snapshot taken when the job runs, so run it close to when you reach out.
Does LeadMind return the people behind the job posts?
No. These prompts return businesses with their public contacts and a hiring signal. Person-level searches depend on sources that are not enabled on every account.
Can I search for a specific job title?
You can write it (“hiring nurses”), and it steers the score, but the filter itself is company-level: the site shows open roles or it does not.
