Google Maps leads: find local businesses with AI
Google Maps leads without the copying and cleanup. Describe the local businesses you want in one sentence, and LeadMind AI collects them from map listings, directories and each business’s own website, checks every lead against your criteria, and hands you a scored list in minutes.

How it works
- Write one sentence. Say what kind of business, where, and what it should or should not have, the way you would brief a colleague.
- LeadMind AI builds the list live. It finds matching businesses in map listings and directories, then reads each one’s website for public contacts and the signals you asked about.
- You get a scored list. Each lead is checked against your criteria, deduplicated (no repeats within 30 days) and scored 0–100 with a reason. Download it as a CSV or send it on with the API or n8n.
Filters you can ask for
A map listing gives you a name, a phone and a website. These filters are checked on each business’s own website:
- has WhatsApp
- has online booking, or has none
- runs on a given store platform, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla or Zid
- is hiring
- has live chat
- has no website
- has no Meta pixel
A lead that fails a filter is dropped before delivery and never charged.
Example prompts
- “Dentists in Dubai with no online booking”
- “40 salons in Dubai Marina with WhatsApp”
- “25 roofing contractors in Austin, Texas with no website”
- “30 restaurants in Manchester with no Meta pixel”
- “Shopify stores in Riyadh”
More in the prompt library. You can also ask from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini through the MCP server.
Where the leads come from
| Source | Best for | What it returns |
|---|---|---|
| Google Maps listings | Local businesses worldwide; strongest in the UAE, the Gulf, the US and Europe | Name, category, phone, website, address, rating |
| Yellow Pages directory | Local businesses and small companies in the US and Canada | Name, phone, website, address, categories |
| Zillow agent directory | Real estate agents in US cities (only for real estate prompts) | Name, brokerage, phone, rating, review count |
| Company websites (LeadMindBot) | Every lead that has a site | Public emails and phones, social links, WhatsApp and Telegram, website signals |
LeadMind picks the source that covers your request best, and the job page shows which one ran. If a source fails, the credits held for it are released. Public LinkedIn pages are used only to fill gaps for person leads, and only where that source is switched on. The privacy policy lists every processor involved.
Limits worth knowing
- Coverage follows the public footprint. A business with no listing and no website will not appear.
- Listings can be out of date; the crawler catches some of that (a dead website, a changed phone), not all of it.
- Emails are only as good as what a business publishes. Paid plans verify every lead email, and you can test 3 addresses with the free email checker.
