Lead generation for Dubai and the UAE

The United Arab Emirates is the first market LeadMind was built for. Describe the businesses you want in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or anywhere in the Emirates, in English or Arabic, and get a scored list with phone numbers, websites and WhatsApp checked on each business’s own site.

Why the UAE works well

  • Dense map listings: Google Maps is where most UAE businesses publish their phone, website and hours, and it is LeadMind’s strongest source here.
  • WhatsApp-first businesses: many clinics, salons, brokers and shops take enquiries on WhatsApp. The crawler checks each site for WhatsApp and Telegram links so you can filter on them.
  • Regional platforms: Salla and Zid storefronts are recognised alongside Shopify and WordPress.
  • Arabic and English: prompts, signal phrases and websites in both languages.

Prompts that work in the UAE

  • “50 real estate agencies in Business Bay, Dubai with Telegram”
  • “30 beauty clinics in Abu Dhabi with online booking”
  • “20 car rental companies in Sharjah with WhatsApp”
  • “٢٥ صالون تجميل في دبي مع واتساب” (25 beauty salons in Dubai with WhatsApp)
  • “40 perfume shops in Deira that use Shopify”
  • “25 dental clinics in Jumeirah with WhatsApp and no online booking”

More in the prompt library. Name a district rather than just “UAE”: a precise location gives a tighter list, and an ambiguous one triggers a clarifying question before any credit is spent.

From your assistant or your stack

UAE teams often run LeadMind from Claude or ChatGPT (“find 30 interior design firms in Al Quoz with WhatsApp and put them in a table”) through the MCP connector, or from an n8n workflow that drops new leads into a Google Sheet or a WhatsApp Business inbox. The same credits, filters and 30-day dedupe apply everywhere.

Before you reach out

The UAE B2B prospecting guide covers number formats, WhatsApp etiquette, Arabic names, free zones and data-protection basics. Pricing is the same worldwide: one credit per delivered lead.

Frequently asked questions

Does LeadMind cover all seven emirates?
Yes. Coverage follows Google Maps, which is strongest in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and thinner in smaller towns in the northern emirates. Name the city or district in the prompt, such as Business Bay, Al Quoz, Mussafah or Al Nahda, for the tightest lists.
Can I write prompts in Arabic?
Yes. Prompts can be written in English or Arabic, Arabic signal phrases such as واتساب (WhatsApp) are understood, and the crawler reads Arabic-language websites.
Are phone numbers in UAE format?
Phones are cleaned to digits and keep the +971 country code whenever the listing publishes it, which Google Maps listings usually do. The website crawler also reads numbers written in Arabic-Indic digits.
Is it legal to prospect UAE businesses from public data?
Contacting businesses at their published business contacts is common practice, but the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, free-zone rules (DIFC, ADGM) and telecom marketing rules still apply to how you use the data. LeadMind collects business contact data only and honours opt-outs; you remain responsible for your outreach. This is not legal advice.
